Nick Cartwright

is an audio engineer living in Chicago, IL. He currently runs live sound at The Cubby Bear and Metro Chicago.

Nick has a deep love and understanding of punk and rock music in most all of their forms. He currently plays guitar for an experimental noise rock project called Virgin Mother. His past bands include Retirement Party, an indie rock band that frequently toured the US, and Regular Oatmeal, an emo recording project that continues operating across the Atlantic. These bands laid the groundwork for Nick’s interest in recording and exploring electronic music. Check out his YouTube for more on that.
